As part of the Master of Fine Arts (M.F.A,) experience, we encourage all students to apply for an internship. Whether in publishing, literary management, theatre production, arts administration, or education, these internships provide students with “real world” experience. They serve as a vital link to the community that the student seeks to join, and they are a source of potential contacts for career advancement after graduation.
We recommend that students apply to the organizations listed below. They are aware of the scope of our M.F.A. program and their internships provide opportunities to extend the students experience beyond the classroom.
